Massage Therapist
Our therapist’s journey to becoming a wellness expert started at the young age of 18 when she was introduced to Sweat Lodge, Sacred Fire therapy, and shamanic drum meditation. However, it was through Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga that she truly found her calling. With over six years of experience in massage therapy and 14 years of yoga practice, our therapist has travelled across India, Thailand, South America, and Europe to deepen her knowledge and skills. Our therapist holds certifications in Relaxing and Thai Yoga Massage from the prestigious Thai Massage School Shivagakomarpaj in Chiang Mai and Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from BNS Iyengar in Mysore. In addition to this, she has studied and practiced various types of meditation, including dynamic, sitting, and walking meditation, which she learned from Vipassana in Rio de Janeiro and Anapanasati retreat at Wat Suan Mokkh in the Thai Forest. Our therapist has also completed anatomy courses and has a background in dancing, which helps her to bring a unique approach to her massage therapy and yoga practice.
